I use Microsoft Office for regular office tasks, it meets my expectations well. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email are all easy enough to get to, which is mostly what I need during the day. I really like that everything saves online, so I can move between my laptop and other devices without thinking too much about it. A few tools are harder to find than they are in the desktop versions, and it does lag here and there, so I wouldn’t say it’s perfect. But for what I expected from a web-based office setup, it handles most daily work just fine.

I signed in to my office.com account and it was smooth. No weird errors or waiting around, which is always nice because half the time I’m expecting something to pop up and slow me down. Everything loaded fine, I found the files I needed quickly, and that was basically it. Simple process, nothing to complain about.

Support fixed the issue faster than I expected. I’m still not totally sure about the overall quality yet, but at least the help was quick and it’s working for now
